Conscious connected breathwork allows you to experience your self through your breath. This journey invites you to find your own breath and bring your conscious and unconscious mind in alignment.
Our breath brings us back into the here and now. From our head into our body. From thinking into feeling. An experience of the true self.
An opportunity to root and land deeper within your body. It affects our emotional, physical, mental and spiritual bodies and has the ability to move stuck energy and blockages. Through bringing on non-ordinary states of consciousness, we can return to peaceful states of inner clarity and guidance.
During this inward journey, we will connect with the powerful energy of the full moon and let it support us in removing and transforming stuck energy to create space in our system. Full Moon marks the peak of a cycle and with that we move into a phase of letting go and surrender.
