Over years of travelling, I anchored myself in yoga. My mat became a safe haven. Today, to move my body is my freedom and my peace. I’m shaped by a lifelong desire to make people feel, to extend and reach beyond the current boundaries of our existence. With a background in dance, yoga taught me self-acceptance, to hold care for the depth of my emotions, and to find a physical expression that embodies candor and tenderness. Guiding others in the practice and passing on my knowledge became the natural extension of my path. Together, we are rooted as we flow. Yoga is also an organic complement to my work as a creative strategist, facilitator and experience designer, where I focus my commitments on supporting human and environmental causes, mainly in Europe, Western Asia and Africa. I completed my 200h Multi-Style Teacher Training in Bali under the guidance of Sandeep Atri, Katharina Austermann and Kadek Abitha.
Energizing Sunrise Flow
An energizing Vinyasa class to awaken body and senses with a soothing dose of movement. After a mindful warmup, we will flow through several rounds of Surya Namaskar (sun salutations) before strengthening and stretching in a variety of standing, seated and reclined asanas (yoga poses) that align with our breath. Finishing up with some moments of meditation and everybody’s favourite Savasana, you can leave the world behind for an hour, gift yourself a tender morning and enter into the rest of the week with a renewed sense of ease.
Uplifting Hatha Yoga
In this traditional Hatha yoga class, we focus on foundational postures, mindful breathwork, and gentle transitions to promote a deep sense of serenity and well-being. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a meditative space to refine alignment, build strength, and enhance flexibility. Embrace the simplicity and authenticity of Hatha yoga as we guide you through a practice that nourishes both body and mind. You will leave the class with a renewed sense of balance and peaceful energy to carry into your day.
Soft Sunday Flow
A gentle, balanced Vinyasa class that invites you to open your heart and find confidence in your body. In a soft sequence of warm-ups, sun salutations and various standing, seated and lying poses, we will strengthen, stretch, and flow to the sound of the music, with our bodies’ intuition guiding us. Ending on pranayama, meditation and a soothing Savasana, you will leave the class rejuvenated and a little bit more in love with yourself. „You don’t need loneliness, for you couldn’t possibly be alone.
