A movement enthusiast ,always curious for the next step , looking for continuous development .I believe in the power of movement and I am sharing my love for this with an extroverted and creative mindset.
I studied dance teaching and performance in Greece , and then I continued my studies in Germany. I enjoy go around , traveling and getting inspired in order to add new elements in my personal path and movement research.
During all these years I am practicing Pilates and teaching since 2019.

Energy Boost – Full Body Pilates Workout
In this class we will have our bodies working from head to toe. It is is designed to strengthen, lengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body through the principles of pilates method : breathing, centering, flow, control, coordination, precision. In 45′ we boost both body and mood, let the energy flow and we set ourselves up to continue the day! See you on the mat!
