I am passionate about movement, and more specifically, yoga. Movement has always been part of my life. I practiced gymnastics for over 10 years, then contemporary dance and finally found my true calling in yoga. I discovered yoga during a 2 month trip to Nepal in 2016. There, I was introduced to various styles and experimented with a new way of moving. When I moved to Berlin in 2018, I started to practice regularly, and learnt more about yoga on and off the mat. My regular practice includes Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Prana Vashya, backbending and strength & flexibility. My classes are influenced by those styles. For me, yoga practice is not only about movement, it profoundly impacts day-to-day life. It stops the fluctuation of my mind, it helps me to think clearer and release all the emotions and stress that can be created living in a big city such as Berlin.That’s what I aim to share with people joining my classes.
Take a break in the middle of the day for yourself. In this energizing flow we will move through different asanas dynamically to end with some gentle stretches to help you feel energized for the rest of the day, leaving you with a sense of well-being.
Tuesday’s 1:15 PM
Flow with me in a creative dynamic vinyasa class where we will explore movement through asanas and functional exercises to generate heat and prepare yourself safely for a peak pose. We’ll move on the rhythm of your breath (ujjayi) and with music to stimulate the senses. All levels are welcome.
Take a break and move your body. This class will give you the perfect flow in the middle of the day. We stretch and move to fully energize the body without feeling exhausted. Letting go of stress and inviting calmness and creativity. In the end you’ll feel balanced and with a positive mindset to get things done in the afternoon!
