»The practice on the mat is a metaphor of life: the relationship to your body reflects the way you treat the world and those around you.«

With a diverse background influenced by both Hispanic and Chinese cultures, I’ve pursued yoga as means to find purpose and balance in life.

Alongside my university studies, I completed YTTs in Stockholm and Rishikesh. Since then, I’ve devoted myself to continuous self-study, deepening my practice, and expanding my knowledge. While my primary focus lies in Ashtanga and Pranayama, I’ve also ventured into other movement arts such as Contortion and Handbalancing.

During my time in Stockholm, I practiced Mysore under Laruga Glasser & David Fredriksson, and explored Pranayama with Guy Powiecki, a senior student of Sri O.P. Tiwari. Upon relocating to Berlin, I further immersed myself in breathing practices through participation in the pioneering PSYCHEDELIC BREATH® TT led by Eva Kaczor, as well as the Pranayama TT led by Eddie Stern & Robert Mosses.

Along my journey, I’ve had the privilege of learning from esteemed teachers including John Scott, David Robson & Jelena Vesic, Matthew Vollmer, and Yuval Aylon.
